專業包裝流程
·每件貨品外包裝均貼有 「小心輕放」，高價作品加貼 「易碎物品」 提示。

運送保險 | 保險安排
·港幣 $10,000 以下 基本運送保障（按速遞公司條款）
·港幣 $10,000 或以上 免費加購全額運送保險，運送途中任何意外獲全額保障
·訂製作品 無論價值，一律 免費加購全額保險

關稅及稅項（國際訂單）
·海外訂單可能產生入口關稅、增值稅或其他當地稅項，此費用由 買方承擔，不包含於售價及運費中。我們會如實申報貨品價值。

處理時間
· 現貨作品：訂單確認後 1-2 個工作天內出貨。
· 訂製作品：按雙方協議之工期計算。
· 裝裱服務：訂單確認後，需4-7日工作天。

Shipping Information

① Order Confirmation: Complete payment and receive a confirmation email. ② Order Processing: We verify your order details and delivery address. Please allow some time for processing. ③ Professional Packaging: Triple-layer protective packaging for every order. ④ Dispatch: Receive a shipping notification with your tracking number once handed to the courier. ⑤ In Transit: Track your shipment using the provided tracking number and monitor delivery status at your convenience. ⑥ Receipt & Appreciation: Inspect the packaging upon arrival and confirm the artwork. Please follow up within 7 days if there are any concerns.

Professional Packaging Process Every item is labelled "Handle with Care" on the outer packaging. High-value artworks are additionally marked "Fragile."

Shipping Insurance

  • Under HKD $10,000 — Basic shipping coverage (subject to courier terms)
  • HKD $10,000 or above — Complimentary full-value shipping insurance; any loss or damage in transit is fully covered
  • Custom artworks — Complimentary full-value insurance regardless of value

Customs & Taxes (International Orders) International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We declare the full and accurate value of all shipments.

Processing Time

  • In-stock artworks: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
  • Custom artworks: As agreed upon at time of order
  • Framing service: 4–7 business days after order confirmation
